How can you make somebody love the world they live in?
How can you make somebody love the house they live in?
How can you make somebody love the people they live with?

spring rain

drip drop
flip flop
rains on me
rains on thee
I do not care if I get wet
but want some sun
to enjoy dawn

know that

if one day I am not here for you
know that my love always is;
once you were born it has grown
to full bloom and will stay
that way

if one day you will miss
my advice think if I would be there,
what would I say to you
what would I like to know before you go
that way?

if one day day you feel happy
I wish you will share it with me, and if
one day you feel sad I wish you will share it with me
or find a good friend who comes
your way

share yourself, build yourself, make yourself
part of the life of others
help them build, help them trust and have hope
and faith and stay on the right side
of the way

I in turn may decide one day to slowly fade away,
in a forest of grandchildren and dreams
or is a sea of quiet waves sailing towards unkown shores
but will keep an eye on you,
for you are my love that blooms everyday,
your way.
