traveler

the traveller
often away from home
learning to be a new man
on his paths in life
with joy he goes
and with joy he returns
although he often complains
about beeing away too much.
he has put in his bags
his neat folded clothes
and now he takes out
a bundle of dreams
that he's brought as a gift
to his twinkle in the eye kids.
Under them
after they have flown in the air
stays a salty smell of sweat
and foreign dust
mixed with the perfumes
of a hotel that has been
home for a while.
the air is sparkling
with words before a good
quiet night.
