the local police discusses
new rules they want o impose
they will be tough so
order will rule and people will
gladly obey;
the streets will be clean
and the signs clearly posted;
all people will
know where to go, when
and what they will do there;
they will be simple and clear
but these rules
they cannot yet figure;
and if they will
who will put them in practice?
they are but the local police
the ones to order
the ones who listen
and discipline will have
to visit the town
