the color of greed (purple?)

and what would it be
the color of greed?
and the color of pride
and the one for the shame
of a leader to admit
that it has happened indeed,
that driven by greed
bright people did cheat?
did they fall in shadow
will they recover without a scar?
I wish them the joy
of retrieving light in their soul
the heart to admit
it was a childish mistake
I won't do it again
this is it.

Hello Alexandra,
I stumbled onto and then into your blog, and I must confess, it took me a while to extricate myself from your magical and evocative verbal weavings. Quite the spider, Ms Badea!, ensnaring and enmeshing, but, pleased to discover, not predatory.
It is such a joy to discover someone who is so in love with her words that she is willing to set them out to play by themselves, and enthrall the passersby with their delightful gyrations.
I do believe I will visit again, Ma'm, if it's all right with you.

Hi Bob,
welcome to my colored blog! to be properly introduced you may want to read the poem that gives perhaps the title to my blog: "children of the rainbow".
all criticism is welcome, just don't tel me to stop cause I won't!
i sometimes read your blog too, and find it funny and enjoy finding there a small and half-secret source of inspiration for cooking dinner!
be well and come again!
Alex

I apologize for the confusion, Bob, I confused you with my neighbor.
